Silver – A sixteen hour block of support hours usable over one calendar year. Designed to provide quarterly maintenance, and a lower hourly rate for additional support calls.
Gold – A forty hour block of support hours usable over one calendar year. Designed to provide monthly maintenance and peace of mind that your data is safe and your practice running at full efficiency.
